Looking for an escape from the daily grind and having a deep passion of food, Primetime Catering was established in April of 1997 by Ben Goff.  Taking a leap of faith and building a Mobile Kitchen to start his venture, with the help of his family and friends, Ben was able to bring the Memphis Area a much needed Caterer.  Starting out catering only Fried Catfish, Primetime Catering quickly made a name for itself as some of the Best Catfish in Town!  Using handed down family recipes and only the best ingredients, Ben was able to stay true to his roots and family traditions.  After attending Culinard, The Culinary Institute of Virginia College, Ben was joined by his son Wes.  Together they have been able to open up to many different menus.  Doing anything from Traditional Holiday Meals, Italian Delights, Southern Classics, to Hamburgers and Brats… but Primetime Catering will always stay true to Fried Catfish!
